一九九二年，許家明（張景淳飾）與劉俊雄（羅鈞滿飾）、鄭振軒（梁証嘉飾）、宋以朗（楊潮凱飾）組成搖滾樂隊，並偕同女友葉梓恩（蔣家旻飾）共同渡過生命最充實十一個月日子。
同年冬天，樂隊演出的機會愈來愈少，四人間的音樂創作火花亦愈來愈不濟，眾人心中知又是另一次樂隊解散的時刻來臨。家明提出臨別前，拿起背囊齊齊闖一次嚮往以久的新彊天山，最終，由於一次情侶間的小吵鬧，五人行變成了四男之旅...
