[color=DarkOrange]彩珠 : 其實BAKED ALASKA的命名可能已經要數回十九世紀之時了。但其實有酒淋上去的火焰雪山名字都可叫做BOMBE ALASKA,而以往亦會用白蘭地等等放在甜品上面點火。[/color]

[color=DarkOrchid]蓮華 : 據我爸所說,火焰雪山是以往非常高價的甜品。要到一些高價餐廳或者是大酒店才見得到,因為食的是功夫,不能預製的,今次用的是君度橙酒,外部酒味頗濃,蛋白亦發得夠滑及軟綿而雪榚仍夠冷凍,用橙酒亦能增加甜品的香氣。[/color]uF~$R(f/X`W|$q

[color=DarkOrange]彩珠 : 到到這個比利時朱古力心太軟伴雪榚,雪榚係用雲呢拿就最夾的,朱古力的流心感不會過入液化,這個濃度確是頗配合雪榚一起吃的。朱古力外層焗得不太硬,而朱古力的甜度亦沒有想像中太甜,當然如果雪榚球能再大一點會更可接近黑白1:1的感覺呢![/color]
