NqL:ZS The famous cocktail Kir Royale is just as good when it's made with Prosecco instead of champagne. Simply pour 1/2 teaspoon of creme de cassis into each of 6 tall champagne flutes and top up with chilled Prosecco (1 bottle will serve 6). Serve as an aperitif with the Stilton and sesame biscuits.
