INGREDIENTS

½ tsp salt

120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted1a:Ye}s bz`&`
15g raisinsC)dKk6]GI%] b
1 tsp chutney
]w,{!x l Q5| 50g couscous, dry

How to make vegetable curry
)J;vXY V-m(`L`2l 1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.

2. Break the cauliflower into florets the size of a small marble, defrost the mixed veg if necessary.`9x3sHM5K ZHhq,B

3. Make up the stock cube with 100ml water.+M q7xP$pS

*N;A+`b*BsOF 4. Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and cook the pepper for 5 minutes approx.$T^ o&kj,Y#A&l(Ra,l

A&iq2B(j9z;n7N$^ 5. Stir in the stock, curry powder, salt and vegetables and boil for 5 minutes, adding boiling water from a kettle if necessary.
