vegetable curry

10ml vegetable oil
:^]'I/Yx*u 1 medium red pepper, deseeded and sliced
8x-BwAg@ ½ vegetable stock cube
%V*\2^*]/hO,Ex 1 tbsp curry powder
Lqxv{AYx,R ½ tsp salt
4LI9S${6~,|g"c)x'^ 80g cauliflower(m2Bu.] Qt#h
120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted b/z*_f_u#w1p
15g raisins
X/LY"N$G['Dx ? 1 tsp chutney
"?m n~.N's GN 50g couscous, dry

1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.xKS@7M8v

3. Make up the stock cube with 100ml water. ?'Q!g%Hn&q n V
