spin, Scot is back from Hawaii, and he has the worst flexibility in the whole class :D :D :D so he is covered with muscles with <10% body fat, but he can't lift his leg onto the bike seat :D :D :D

parents showed up for a surprise visit, I have to cancel all my weekend plans. I think T is a little bit upset, 2 weekends in a row. LS, way too unstable. M is cool.
