雖然一講到瑞士的食物一定會講到cheese fondue以及其他奶酪products,不過瑞士的食品以及平常的食物都好多樣化,亦匯聚不少其他國家的不同特色放在一起。今次就和大家一起去尖沙咀的瑞士餐廳看一看,感受一下瑞士特色呢。

而這兒的餐牌也幾有歐陸氣息,而whole set就包括飲品/麵包/頭盤/大盤/甜品。值得一提就是這兒的牛油的外型是長長的長方形,以這兒的木模來製造出來呀。

至於到到大盤,一樣看到平時瑞士的傳統食物出現啦。例如配上豬腰的Rösti(即瑞士薯餅),味好濃的燒汁豬腰加上平放的薯餅,令到整個菜式複雜化。Ei r+t2g

Rq:RNo0^z,q 至於甜品方面,又怎可不在瑞士餐廳食有名的瑞士雪榚品牌Movenpick雪榚,這種由1960年代出現的品牌,現在較多出現於一些較高級的酒店及會所的雪榚食品中,算是較高品質及品味的雪榚品牌,其順滑程度在我心中會勝過現時好多在超級市場甚至雪榚店中食到的產品,而這兒除了有這些甜品外,更會用銀盤隨咖啡供應一些瑞士式的pastry以及朱古力,雖然感覺只是一些商品類的甜品但也頗得意吖。
