終於setup咗，撕膠紙的時候竟然有一絲不捨...
car still at the shop. can't believe I forgot insurance, again...
session with LK was pretty good. gave me some good reminders, like some decisions are not within my control, exercise is not negotiable, when the going gets tough, say to myself what I would say to my best friends, and most importantly, just tell her, this is hurtful, and if she tries to justisfy her bashing, just tell her again. I think I can finally learn what I need with her, not like the last guy who just wanted to hear about my sex life.
