今次來到北海道的札幌,遇到初雪,雖然看景色是其中一個不能錯過的環節... H*k3hc l*U

3fk2Z"|6w 不過沿途的食物也是不容錯過的,第一個不能錯過的一定是這兒的鮮。雖然有好多旅行團會去札幌的場外市場試試當地的海產,但在JR薄野站附近人煙較少的二条市場也是一個好選擇。"PO7Y.Gr n ?

rE [I5d 場內有不少的海鮮檔,無論乾濕貨都在早上十時左右開業,場內雖然都有些外地遊客但人數算少,方便大家仔細揀選心頭好,而且價格某程度較在香港以及其他大城市化算,亦頗寧靜及清潔。

當然要品嚐的話最好找一間可以坐得舒舒服服的店,而這兒其中一間好出名的應該是『大磯』了。

首先要試試的就是甘香無比之大TORO,吃起來極滑及綿,油香飄滿全口,絕對是外地難以找得到。

HTM7bwx 而三色丼以及馬糞海膽丼兩者的話,當然以馬糞海膽丼的甘味程度更高,在外地食到的海膽丼與這兒好明顯是兩個次元,這兒食到的未覺腥味之餘,內裡的濃味及海水味絕非其他地方可比。追加單品絕不過份。o ~5BwrpM

Wr1AO&Z:HS:H8\7Ae 但如果大家會參加當地的一些一日巴士團的話,有時都可以在一些景點找到好味道,例如可以在昭和新山的一間纜車站食店中試到當地的香草鍋煮出的土雞肉及當地植物,雖然看起來有點齋,不過雞肉嫩滑之外,各類的菜蔬爽趣而充滿了久違的新鮮菜應有的天然及爽脆感,這已是在城市生活太久漸漸失去的感覺。~8BS [U5O+Y$to

而北海道亦有不少的果園,這些果園有些都會以袋裝賣出一些如蘋果柿子的果物,而蘋果的確多汁而蜜味豐足,去到這兒試了一個,這種味道的確就算比空運的更清甜亦帶了點應有的酸味,而非空運的全甜味。lO V [)mf G,Hj

在北海道有好多成吉思汗燒羊肉店,不過札幌市內有些西餐店的DRY AGE牛排原來又有另一番風味,例如在Sapporo Grand Hotel的扒房,晚餐價格就算開了紅酒,也和香港的西餐午餐相差不遠,而且medium rare的紅酒汗牛排真的做到差不多的效果之外,DRY AGE牛排的肉汁豐盈度更比得上香港酒店扒房食得到的高級品,更好就是配上白飯,而這兒的蘿白凍湯也是絕頂清甜。mM:uy N,p"^`&n

而講到甜品的話,北海道雪榚當然有好多人品嚐,在不少的景點也有得試,但如果想吃到一些當地的品牌甜品的話,其實都可以去到JR札幌站附近的大型商場,如大丸三越等等,地下也有好多賣各樣的甜品店,有些更有玻璃杯盛載,雖然試過如蛋榚以及布甸都覺得偏甜,但一些如抹茶類的其實都幾值得一試的...
