在香港食到的壽司類,除了主力之手握壽司以及常常見到的手卷之外,而甚有關西風之箱壓壽司其實相對較少見得到,所以今次就一於去到銅鑼灣的一間早已受當地白領一族歡迎的樓上店---壽司廣,試一試這兒的多種風味之壽司。

不過在講講箱壓壽司之前,這兒亦有刺身御膳以及16件的壽司定食。壽司定食有時都可以選擇"れネろオ"(o-ma-ka-se 即交由師傅選擇),較喜歡就是厚厚的貝柱以及幾鮮美的甜蝦,相比起來又的確比刺身御膳豐富。4]c J6u;}Ea9SP

B[R0l;IW7M v j ^Z 至於想試到箱壓壽司的話,就要叫這個江戶スズマ(意思為大阪之古地名)壽司御膳了,用上大阪的古地名其實可能要數到箱壓壽司的歷史,而箱壓壽司應該是現在的江戶前壽司的前身,估計在19世紀初已有這類壽司的出現,而這類壽司據聞應該出現於大阪關西地區。做這類壽司時用上一個可以拆出木蓋及木底的盒子去做一件大的壽司後再用刀切開幾份。M-Xw8i4urW3t3E
