最上的是醉雞,酒味算充足而雞的溫度不算太冷,雞肉的肉質算結實。紅燒牛肉麵算是惹味亦較少油,紅燒牛肉也是鬆軟,調轉後面的元盅牛肉麵的清湯真的非常清澈,不過牛肉的味道輕微淡一點,兩種食法。

要了三款的小籠包,普通的/絲瓜蝦仁/蟹黃,相對而言,較在香港食開淡口,所以蟹黃的味道是做得幾適中,而其他的就相對淡,不過講真汁料好足,皮亦薄而不易穿,這些工夫真的食得出來!BFH0Z6q/R!GJ
