香濃軟朱古力粒---食譜(中英對照)

30 克無鹽牛油

100 毫升鮮忌廉

250 克煮食用白朱古力0X+P}~WpH
綠茶粉適量{:h_nL$d+B

做 法 : (1) 取一個 14 x 20 厘米的糕盤,墊上蛋糕紙。 0zku:{]}
(2) 鮮忌廉倒入煲中,加入蜜糖,以慢火煮至蜜糖溶化。^U Sm2DV*pf
(3) 將朱古力切碎,座上熱水煮溶後離火;加入牛油拌勻至其溶化,

再加入蜜糖忌廉中拌勻,倒入糕盤內,以金屬湯匙抹平朱古力,;Pp3f at"RBr
待涼後,以保鮮紙蓋著,放入雪柜中冷藏約兩小時至凝固,取

Method : (1) Take a tray of 14cm x 20 cm & place on cake paper.-K~5Z:SK(mp;s
(2) Boil the fresh cream with honey in low heat until melt.l,e8kJi mq
(3) Chop the chocolate & melt with hot water underneath. Then, mix with butter:Z5de+s3?q?d kP
& add in honey cream. Pour it onto the tray & make it flat. Cool down &
