冬日暖身菜 沙薑浸雞

1、把雞洗淨,抹上料酒和鹽待用;

3、煲中倒入適量冷水(以能浸過雞面為佳),放進沙薑、淮山、杞子、蔥、糖和鹽,大火燒至微滾; +VHta;Aj,kO1k*g

4、雞放入水中浸15分鐘(水不能大滾),並不時把雞翻動;
