調味: 調味料美極鮮醬油2茶匙蒜茸3湯匙牛油10克(室溫待溶)胡椒粉少許 Seasonings 2 tsp MAGGI Seasoning 3 tbsp minced garlic 10g butter (melt in room temperature) pinch of pepper

做法: 簡介 :1. 先將大蝦洗淨,抹乾,於背部縱切開,釀入拌勻調味料於蝦肉上。G7s,A9UG&I3A
2. 將大蝦放入鋪了錫紙的焗盤上,放入已預熱至200℃的焗爐內焗約10分鐘,取出,灑上芫荽碎,即成。

1. Wash prawns. Pat dry. Slit back of prawns. Fill with mixed seasonings.*`-j*Z#\I`b
2. Place big prawns in baking tray lined with aluminium foil. Put into oven preheated to 200°C. Grill for 10 minutes.Take out. Sprinkle chopped coriander over. Serve.
