1. 紅黃彩椒分别洗淨,切小粒.洋蔥去掉外皮,切除兩端,洗淨,切成小粒.金槍魚取出,放在廚房紙上吸乾水份,用手稍稍撕碎.煮熟的雞蛋去皮,切成小粒. -y_8@l:dq

2. 將1中所有的材料放入沙拉碗中,加入一大勺沙拉醬,根據口味調入適量鹽,少許黑胡椒粉,拌勻.

3. 取一片吐司,稍稍按壓,或擀壓一下,將些許拌好的沙拉盛放在吐司中央,上面蓋好另一片吐司,再稍稍按壓貼合.

4. 將三明治至作器扣在上面,用外圈裁去多餘的吐司邊兒,之後用内圈將吐司包邊緣壓合即可.
