帶子  粉條  瘦肉末  枸杞 蒜泥 蔥花

1:將帶子肉剝下備用,粉條煮軟備用。
2YaGf!Y6@?2]7v 2:將粉條鋪在帶子殼内,上面蓋一層瘦肉末,再將帶子肉
V!E&h)`BMeH    置於頂上,撒上枸杞,蒸魚豉油,鹽,糖,澆一點點的沙拉油,最後將蒜泥鋪在上面,入鍋蒸16分鐘即可(i DcrF%X2H
