粉條帶子

A,xh1x"L`7B 帶子  粉條  瘦肉末  枸杞 蒜泥 蔥花%C4V%C;v5C,P

1:將帶子肉剝下備用,粉條煮軟備用。!Q2U-L7VI0a
2:將粉條鋪在帶子殼内,上面蓋一層瘦肉末,再將帶子肉\5@6p'H N
   置於頂上,撒上枸杞,蒸魚豉油,鹽,糖,澆一點點的沙拉油,最後將蒜泥鋪在上面,入鍋蒸16分鐘即可
