1.將蝦仁挑去沙線,放入少許鹽、料酒醃製二十分鐘;

2.青瓜洗淨先切成約3厘米的段,再將其切成片;雞蛋打散成蛋液,薑切片,蔥切成段並將蔥白與蔥葉分開;~ h#bS'X%w7?)z

3.熱鍋放油,倒入蛋液,快速劃炒成小塊狀後舀出待用;
