2 days ago, we got approval for P to join my team. Today we announced it. Right afterwards G came crying into my office telling me P hates her, that she had to take 2 months off work due to stress the last time she was her supervisor, and put in a request to transfer out. Had a chat with P and found out P really doesn't like G at all. Had to remind P that I can't afford to lose any more staff...
Can't wait till this year end is over.
