LK pointed out, mom is not interested in changing, she may not even be able to change, that I need to detach myself. I can be pretty detached with anything and anyone, except her. weird isn't it.
finished the panettone in 2 days, 190cal per 50g serving, the whole thing was 908g, the cake is so small, you'd have to cut it like a rubik's cube to get that many servings.
