sori, but i laughted.
Reasons:
1) no blood is coming out of her body
2) well, she seems totally ok cuz she can even walk wif her hands!
(note that normal human will properly be totally gone crazy, but all she did is running)
3) rmb the magician changed the first girl he choose because she is too short?
(i mean, just think y does he have to do that? does height reli matters in this magic? NO!)
therefore, to sum up, the first woman in pink is really someone who don't know what's going on, but then, the magician choose that "emily" , how does he even know her name? so i think that he must have planned that emily before hand. nothing to worry about.
