since you got to have the guts to jump from a high height,
people usually end up calling 999 for help ==

Well but if you choose to jump from a terribly high height,
say 30 stories, you might get lucky to faint before you hit the ground head on,
bits of brain pieces flying around... yuck...

I don't know if ice poison (forgot the term) has any side effects,
you sedate yourself and ask others to feed you poison,
that way you at least die painlessly.
I don't know about your appearance though.
