cause screen's exact size is highly dependent on monitor's size, resolution and such, and same for normal software
so unless you use design software like photoshop or even autocad, or amend the code of ms word, no solution ):
but i saw people recommending a software called IrfanView so maybe a choice...?
also, i figure out if you know the actual size (as in print size) of the picture then all done
but after i tried measuring from screen and calculating using the given pixel and dpi of the picture and compared the results there's a difference - so probably also affected by the screen's factor...
