vegetable curry

10ml vegetable oil

1 tbsp curry powder:Q;QS `U3kn8q[
½ tsp salt
-M;q x%?9_ S 80g cauliflower:vJ-Y8|CtD
120g mixed frozen vegetables, defrosted^8K'UlkJ4sRb
15g raisinsVF|V+DO7W
1 tsp chutney6[p2I4yn/\m%B`
50g couscous, dry+Yk Yz[hb+F v

1. Cook the couscous as per the packet instructions, with water only, no other ingredients, keep warm.*y6T&qci

2. Break the cauliflower into florets the size of a small marble, defrost the mixed veg if necessary.bOQ#C5@%I"R%r

3. Make up the stock cube with 100ml water.

]J s;Yy3U/D-^;N 4. Heat the oil in a heavy based saucepan and cook the pepper for 5 minutes approx.

5. Stir in the stock, curry powder, salt and vegetables and boil for 5 minutes, adding boiling water from a kettle if necessary.H1lJ gx
