做 法 : (1) 搥碎馬利餅,其中 80 克跟可可粉拌勻。

(2) 打拂忌廉至軟,拌入煉奶、雲呢拿籽及糖再打至實。uR!A/nR1o
(3) 模具鋪上餅碎,再鋪忌廉混合物,鋪可可餅碎,再重複忌廉混

Method : (1) Crush the biscuit & mix 80g of the crumbs with coco powder.

(2) Whip the cream to soft peak, add condensed milk, vanilla seeds &/Q AkTP
sugar. Whip well.

(3) Layer the cake mould with biscuit & cream mixture alternatively./J6}%n4yy
The top layer should be biscuit. Freeze to make a cake or chill to
