做法: 簡介 :1. 先將大蝦洗淨,抹乾,於背部縱切開,釀入拌勻調味料於蝦肉上。l7`8H!X2Z'?
2. 將大蝦放入鋪了錫紙的焗盤上,放入已預熱至200℃的焗爐內焗約10分鐘,取出,灑上芫荽碎,即成。0T"eB2hZh!P

1. Wash prawns. Pat dry. Slit back of prawns. Fill with mixed seasonings.
