if 1 and 3 are not healthy, it's okay
but I'm disagree with 2, I think it's the people that make it unhealthy as they adding many chemicals, otherwise fermented vegetables will be benefiting as they do contained "good" bacteria. While for chocolate, maybe we can choose to eat dark chocolate with lesser sugar contained in it?? as for seaweed, I think it brings more benefits than harms as they are low in calorie, rich in antioxidant which I think in fact quite suitable for ladies ^^
